Batch is an Artisan bakery using organic ingredients. We source locally whenever possible. Everything is hand stirred in small batches for perfection! We cook with:
Organic, non-GMO eggs - locally sourced
Homemade vanilla - stripping the beans and fermenting
Organic nuts, coconut, flours, sugars
We offer various Paleo and Vegan options — going back to eating real, whole, nutrient-dense, unprocessed foods that are more healthful than harmful to our bodies. The vegan options contain no animal products, including honey in some cases. All are non-GMO as well!
Other healthy options we have are Gluten-Free. Instead of wheat we use organic coconut, almond, and chick pea flours.
